Dear Cryolist members
This is your final chance to order a hard copy of Kolumban Hutter's new book, 'Fundamental Glaciology'.
The manuscript is finally being sent to the printers today and we will need to send the final numbers to them by the end of the week.
Those of you that have already ordered with us, you do not need to do anything.
If you are interested, please see below.

Subject: Kolumban Hutter's book - Fundamental Glaciology
Dear Cryolist members
As many of you are aware of, the IGS is about to publish a book by one of our Seligman Crystal awardees, Kolumban Hutter.
The title is 'Fundamental Glaciology - Modelling thermomechanical processes of ice in the geophysical environment, in engineering and in the materials sciences' and is a 'sequel' to Hutter's classic book 'Theoretical Glaciology' that was published in the early 1980s.
This has been a long-anticipated book that is finally seeing the light of day. The book will predominately be published online but hard copies will be available to pre-order. We have already received over 70 hard copy orders.
Online ordering of the hard copy and also pdf will be available shortly and IGS members will receive a discount.
In order for us to determine how many copies to print we need you to place an order with us by e-mailing us at igsoc@igsoc.org stating your

whether you are an IGS member
how many copies you would like
We will in due course send you a link to a form that will allow us to create an invoice for the book(s) we will send you. You will then be able to pay by clicking on a link that will be in the invoice.
We are expecting the books to be available at the beginning of June.
Please contact the IGS should you wish to publish and distribute your own work in this way.
All the best
