It is with regret that the International Association of Cryospheric Sciences (IACS), along with the International Association of Meteorology and Atmospheric Sciences (IAMAS) and the International Association for the Physical Sciences of the Oceans (IAPSO), announce the cancellation of the BACO-21 joint assembly in Busan, Republic of Korea. The next time that IACS will meet in person will be at the IUGG 2023 General Assembly in Berlin. We thank the local organizers for their work and look forward to the possibility of a future meeting in Busan.
To fill the 18-23 July 2021 slot vacated by BACO-21, we plan to host a series of online seminars and events featuring invited senior and early career speakers. Details will follow.
