We are looking for an active and engaged postdoctoral research fellow in Antarctic glaciology and radar geophysics, for a newly started project "Characterizing Oldest Ice in Dome Fuji near the base of the Antarctic Ice Sheet" supported by the Research Council of Norway.
This project will characterize the possible Oldest Ice by assessing current subglacial and glaciological conditions and deciphering the regional evolution over multiple glacial and interglacial cycles primarily using ice-penetrating radar data. The full job announcement can be found here:
