Dear colleagues,
The abstract deadline for the the 27th International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) General Assembly to be held in July 2019 in Montréal, Canada, has been extended to
FRIDAY, 1 MARCH 2019 (11:00 UTC+1)
Please use this opportunity to submit an abstract and join IACS from 9 -13 July in Montréal.
Waleed Abdalati will give the prestigious Union Lecture in Cryospheric Sciences; Marie Dumont (F) and Emilie Capron (UK), both recipients of the IUGG ECS Award, will deliver lectures at the Union Symposium U9 (http://iugg2019montreal.com/u.html#anchor-u12434).
Below a list of all approx. 30 cryospheric-related sessions hosted or co-hosted by the The International Association of Cryospheric Sciences (IACS). See http://iugg2019montreal.com/c.html for details.
IACS and IUGG will together support a large number of travel grants to enable students, early career scientists, and attendees from less-affluent countries to come to Montreal (application deadline 18 February).
