Dear Colleagues,
The SCAR's Standing Committee on Antarctic Data Management (SCADM) and the Southern Ocean Observing System Data Management Sub-Committee (SOOS-DMSC) would like to draw your attention to the call for abstracts for the upcoming 10th SCAR Open Science Conference that will take place online in the first half of August.
We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for the data session - Sharing science data FAIRly to support interdisciplinary research collaborations. This session is open to both scientists and data managers to share their lessons and challenges in making data more Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable. In order to encourage discussion the session will be held as a workshop and will consist of thematically grouped short contributions followed by a panel discussion on each theme.
Please submit your abstract(s) for an oral or eposter presentation via the SCAR 2022 Abstract Submission Portal and feel free to share this invitation with your local communities.
The deadline for submitting an abstract is 1st June 2022.
