[CRYOLIST] Postdoc in Glaciology - University of Liverpool - closing date 24th November

Dear all,

We are advertising for a postdoctoral researcher to join the UKRI funded ‘Ice sheet and glacier stability in a warming world’ project for (up to) 18 months to work alongside myself and other cryospheric and data science researchers here in Liverpool (for more details see full job advert https://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/CKJ551/postdoctoral-research-associate-grade-7). The post will have a few specific responsibilities (see advertisement), though the intention is for the post-holder to have the freedom to pursue their own research ideas that are linked to the aims of the project.

If you are interested in applying, please do feel free to contact me (j.lea@liverpool.ac.uk) with any questions that you might have about the role. We also strongly encourage applicants from backgrounds that are currently under-represented in glaciology, including women, people from ethnic minorities, BAME, LGBTQ+ communities and people with a disability. The deadline for applications is 24th November.

Best wishes,

James
