[CRYOLIST] 16th International Circumpolar Remote Sensing Symposium

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 16th ICRSS is scheduled to take place 16-20 May 2022 in Fairbanks, Alaska.

We plan to hold this meeting in person, with options for remote participation. Please stay tuned to our website for updates:
https://www.awi.de/en/science/geosciences/permafrost-research/conferences/icrss.html

The theme of the 16th ICRSS is Convergence at the Poles–Addressing urgent research questions and management needs through remote sensing in the Arctic and Antarctic. As a hallmark of the ICRSS series, the symposium will not feature parallel sessions but will use a single-session format to allow maximum exposure to the broad themes of Polar Remote Sensing to all participants, which in the past has resulted in fruitful discussions across disciplines as well as new collaborations and networks.

Thank you.
Chairs: Benjamin M. Jones, Martha Raynolds, Jessica Garron
Organizing Committee: Melissa Ward Jones, Helena Bergstedt, JJ Frost, Simon Zwieback
