On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), I would like to inform you that the 22nd IAHR International Symposium on Ice (IAHR-ICE2014) will be held in Singapore from August 11 to 15, 2014. The Symposium is sponsored by the International Association of Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR). The long running successful event had been held previously in international cities around the world, and had attracted the attendance of international delegates including scientists, engineers and researchers who share a common interest in ice processes. It has also become an important forum to promote the scientific advancement, technological progress, information exchange, and cooperation among engineers and researchers in the related fields. We hope to continue the success in 2014 through your participation.
