[CRYOLIST] New topic debut in Frontiers in Earth Science

Dear Cryolists,

May I draw your attention to our newly research topic "Impure Snow and Ice in Remote Areas: Arctic, Antarctica and High Mountains" debuted  in the Frontiers in Earth Science?

The topic would be aiming at impurites including light-absorbing particles, heavy metals, pesticides, algea, microplatics and other non-fully noticed pollutants in snow and ice of polar and high-mountain areas, and their potential physical impacts on glacier energy balance and dynamics. For details please see https://www.frontiersin.org/research-topics/10675/impure-snow-and-ice-in-remote-areas-arctic-antarctica-and-high-mountains. You are welcome to submit your recent relative work to our topic online, with abstract only by Sep 18 2019 and with full manuscript by Jan 18 2020. The authors' guidelines are also included in the webpage https://www.frontiersin.org/about/author-guidelines.
