[CRYOLIST] Revision of Key Concepts in Geomorphology, the textbook

Hi everyone,

After several years of requests from Freeman, Dave and I are starting the revision process for our textbook, Key Concepts in Geomorphology.

http://www.uvm.edu/~geomorph/textbook/

The goal is to fix errors, replace dated or less than optimal photos, and bring the book, including citations, up to date.  We don't expect to be doing any structural revisions or adding chapters, rather more of a polishing to remove extraneous material and add topics we missed. The textbook is geared toward the science-literate student taking their first course in surface processes/geomorphology.  We are looking for specific suggestions on how to make the second edition chapters better, more up to date, and error free.  We would very much value your suggestions on the text, photos, reference, and figures!

Please post your suggestions (the more detail the better) to the pertinent chapter in our revision blog:

We thank you for your input which we need to have submitted by July 31, 2018 and hope that you have a great summer.  Have a great summer.
