Postdoctoral Research Fellow in sea ice remote sensing (3 years)
The Norwegian Polar Institute (NPI) in Tromsø, Norway invites applications for a position as postdoctoral research fellow in sea ice remote sensing. The position is part of the collaboration the Norwegian Polar Institute has through the Centre for research-driven innovation “CIRFA” (Centre for Integrated Remote Sensing and Forecasting for Arctic Operations) at the UiT, the Arctic University of Norway. The work will be conducted in our Research Department, Section of Oceans and Sea Ice. The position is a fixed-term position for a period of 3 years with a possible extension of 1 year, depending on funding.
