We invite all the interested parties to participate in Technical Session 18: "Cryospheric Sciences" that will take place from March 14 to 18, 2022, within the framework of the XXI Argentine Geological Congress.
This technical session aims to cover all aspects related to the study of the cryospheric system in its different spheres, from a scientific and applied point of view. The themes to cover are the following:
Ice
Glaciology
Snow
Cryo-atmosphere
Andean and extra-Andean periglacial environments (current and past)
Para-periglacial environments
Landforms' monitoring
Glacial and periglacial hydrology/hydrogeology
Cold ecosystems
